First year?

My transformation took about five years. No, I'm not sitting on the couch having a pizza, beer watching a game wondering how they do it. Or, how is it possible to run 90 minutes without having a heart attack.

In my opinion, your transformation will take two years. My lasted five because of wrong diet. In spite of training my body used to look like fortress surrounded by fat. Then I wanted to try recently fashionable workout – CrossFit. Which is based on assumption that the muscles need to be tortured to grow.

No. Based on my experience it’s just wrong.

For me it did not work out at all. That’s why I found less painful and also a more effective way.

You will not speed up your transformation through weight loss diets, supplements, chemical additives and so on. Above mentioned ways are about proven to be efficient with slimming your wallet only. In addition, each defeat confirms the belief that with such overweight it’s not possible to do anything. Family wanted to comfort me by saying, first, that I am heaving thick bones?!?! (Have you ever seen someone with lean or mean bones? I have not) then they said that it is about genetics…

As for genetics it’s true that some time ago there was no 24hrs supermarket (fridges at home ;-) and one had to spend some effort to get something to eat. Food was available in certain periods, so evolution has adapted our bodies to store fat as a reserve for the days when there will be less food.

But genetics gives us the guy’s testosterone. Unparalleled tool to burn fat and build muscle mass. What's more, if your only goal is to drop few pounds stop reading now. A waste of your time, really.

Your goal should be health, energy and longevity in other words, New You through new lifestyle!

Warrior, from now onwards your objective is to go for testosterone generator diet. I will explain it in details later, but I have some good news. You will eat the juicy bits, you'll eat the right fats. Hey cardiologists, have you heard me? Meet, right fats and eggs to take care of the appropriate level of cholesterol and the ratio of HDL to LDL and triglycerides. What's more you'll eat a lot of vegetables, some fruit, nuts, and loads of some other cool stuff.

Gradually stop absorb grain products. If you do not believe it, google it.

Cereals have a mega coolest ability to raise sugar level (glucose) in your blood. They also have some other characteristics of which I write. What's more gluten and entering in its composition, among others, gliadin is something you want to get rid of. I'll show you that the grain which is unfortunately still the basis of the food pyramid causes obesity, an epidemic of diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, and most likely cancer etc.

Also immediately stop eating refined sugar. Refined sugar is kind of empty calories that do not give you absolutely nothing besides further increase of glucose level…

Milk products group. I write more about it but to make the long story short. You're not the calf to drink cow’s milk. Cows in nature do not give large quantities of milk whole year. They supposed to give milk only when they have children – calves (What a surprise isn’t it?). Therefore, the composition of cow's milk (or any other mammal) for humans is unsuitable. To make the poor cow give milk the whole year, hormones must be provided… As cow’s udders work all year, to what these were not designed by nature it comes to inflammation, so they get antibiotics … It's all there in your mouth when you drink it! To make it even worse, the UHT process was designed and implemented. Thanks to this process all natural enzymes and vitamins are gone. Sour natural living milk in the form of yogurt or sour milk seems to be acceptable from time to time. And that's enough to deliver probiotics into your intestines.Cereals

Why should one avoid something called wheat?

Before informing you what you need to know, dear reader, please pay attention what is currently in your body, kitchen, refrigerator, pantry, and maybe even in the car. Wheat is not just pastries. You can find it or gluten in pasta, sausages, drugs, candies, ice cream, infant artificial milk, ketchup, mustard and many others.

Brief history

Once there was a small spelled holding 14 chromosomes, 28 chromosomes having emmer and spelled having 42 chromosomes. And it was the one who gave the greatest opportunity for tinkering scientists since the 60s of the last century. They focused mainly on the expected results, i.e. increasing yields per hectare, receiving dwarf corn and the possibility of receiving the product from which you can prepare the most elastic dough. They have not wondered of the effects of the modification, in relation to human health and life. Moreover, to date these studies are not conducted enough. Some techniques, used to modify wheat were reproducible hybridization (crossing two varieties), wide hybridization (crossing plants loosely related), repetitive backcrossing, and plant irradiation with gamma rays or X-rays to accelerate mutagenesis (mutation).

• Firstly, the wheat gliadin's. Gliadin belongs to the so-called opiates, or compounds interacting directly with your brain. This substance present in whets like no other increases the appetite and forces you to consume more calories than you need. No other ‘food’ works this way against your body.

• Secondly, wheat is one of the foods with one of the highest glycemic index. In other words, eating sandwiches, pasta or meat sauce thickened with wheat constantly raises level of sugar (glucose) and insulin in the blood.

What is the danger?

Wheat contains amylopectin A. Eating ice cream or candy bars is less harmful than eating a sandwich prepared of two slices of bread! Thus, the wheat not only exposes you to the risk of diabetes, which is slowly gaining signs of the epidemic in the Western world, but also affects the growth of visceral fat, which provided permanent inflammation status in your body.

Glycemic Index:

Bread wheat = 72

Granulated sugar (sucrose) = 60 – 65

Ice Cream = 36

• Thirdly, wheat causes intestinal leak … Thus, foreign substances can penetrate into your blood stream directly from the gastrointestinal tract. This is due to wheat lectin (don’t worry dear reader, more about lectins soon ;-) agglutinins. Wheat lectin increases inflammation, which in turn worsens insulin resistance and causes visceral fat accumulation. Recent research indicates that it blocks the leptin, which lock the feeling of satiety.

At the end you need to know that the wheat causes a range of diseases. Starting from the abdominal fat – wheat stomach, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, Hashimoto's disease, allergies, asthma, sinusitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, swelling of the legs. Cyclo intensifies symptoms and schizophrenia, dementia and depression. Skin diseases such as acne, psoriasis and seborrhea. And many other…

Inflammation

This process begins by agglutinin. Induces intestinal permeability and thus enables the compounds of the foreign molecules access the bloodstream. Some of these substances worsen already ongoing inflammation and other cause erroneous autoimmune reactions (i.e. Hashimoto or autoimmune hepatitis). On the other hand gliadin (wheat protein responsible for celiac disease) indirectly causes inflammation of the intestinal epithelium since it allows the penetration of T cells.

Wheat belly, or visceral fat. Arrears in the gastrointestinal tract, surrounds internal organs. Due to the repeated increases of blood sugar levels and insulin inflammation process increases. Samples of visceral fat are full of white blood cells – same liquid leaking from an infected wound.
