How to make a healthy and happy children - ebook

It is a treasury of knowledge for people who want to raise healthy children. This is a manual for all future and responsible parents.

This book directly demolishes stereotypes and breaks popular views but often imprecise about infertility, genetic diseases, eugenics, vaccinations, fertilization and pregnancy. We can easily ask the reader if she or he is prepared for sensational knowledge.

It should be noted that this is a book for men and women. It's obvious, but often we forget that only two healthy parents can give health to the child.

“Who will your children blame for having to live with diseases and going from one doctor to another? As you no doubt have guessed, though you’d rather not know, they will blame their parents. And they will be absolutely right!”

This book is a continuation of a four-volume series of books titled “Health at your request”, but you can also read it first.

Józef Słonecki, the author of the book, writes about himself and his books:

“I am the only author in Poland and possibly in the world who writes about health. In my objective opinion, as all factors indicate, health is the best and in fact the only cure for all human diseases. After all health can not only prevent a disease but also eliminate a disease that has already infected our bodies. In light of these facts focusing on diseases is beneficial only to physicians, alternative medicine practitioners and manufacturers of drugs, usually called supplements to divert the attention.

I have described the non-medical and sometimes even anti-medical aspect of health in the book entitled “Health at your request” consisting of four volumes which, as you have probably guessed, are the foundation of all recommendations discussed in this book both for parents and their offspring”.

Chapter 1

The reason for infertility

Nowadays, an increasing number of couples have fertility problems, but not on a global scale. There are more and more people in the world, but fertility problems occur mainly in Western countries, allegedly civilized, which means that their citizens are effectively exposed to pharmaceutical and medical indoctrination. Why is this the case? We could observe that nature is trying to protect our species from degeneration. Among animals, this role is played by predators that selectively eliminate the weakest individuals at the pre-reproductive age, which promotes the development of individuals best suited to the surrounding environmental conditions, thus guaranteeing further evolutionary development of the species.

In the past, the mechanism protecting the human species from degeneration was high mortality or, in other words, low survival rate of newborns. This, by the way, is the basis for the idea of low average life expectancy of earlier generations that is commonly promoted by the pharmaceutical and medical propaganda. Statistically, if one of the two siblings died in infancy, and the other one lived for one hundred years, then on average they did not live very long.

– The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away – people used to quote that phrase after the death of a newborn baby, and they simply went on with their lives. What is more, negative eugenics^() was basically practiced in all countries.

In antiquity, weak and sick newborns were simply disposed of. The Romans left them in the mountains, the Greeks in the woods, the Spartans threw them into Apothetai (a deep crevasse near Taygetus Mountains), the Egyptians placed them in reed baskets and put them among the Nile River. Mongolian nomads placed newborns in a basket lined with dried cow dung and hung them under the roof of the yurt for two weeks. At that time, the baby was only taken out of the basket for breastfeeding and then put back in the basket – without changing his diaper, bathing him or performing any hygienic procedures. If an infant survived the trial, then he had a higher chance of becoming a strong adult. In old-time Poland, weak and sick infants were also not handled with kid gloves. They were usually bathed in a decoction from cabbage thistle – a herb with extremely toxic and at the same time healing properties. The babies were bathed as many times as necessary until the weak infant was either getting stronger and healthier or weaker. He usually died.

Currently, following major advances in medicine, the atavistic defence against degeneration has only one weapon left – infertility^() which should be differentiated into male and female infertility. Male infertility is determined by a low sperm count or low-quality sperm. In this way, nature signals that a man is not able to pass on a solid genetic material to his offspring, and therefore it would be better if he did not have any children.

Female infertility is aimed not only at the protection of species and future offspring who could turn out to be a crippled person unable to live on his own (unless with the help of medicine), but also at the protection of the woman herself, for whom the pregnancy would inevitably end with ruined health.

1. Should we treat infertility?

Infertility treatment, or trying to figure out how to outsmart nature with the help of medicine and in spite of everything conceive a child, is a sign of extreme parental irresponsibility. Miscarriage^(), prematurity^(), developmental defects, or the so-called genetic and hereditary diseases are just some of the dangerous outcomes associated with infertility treatment.

2. Genetic diseases

There is no such thing as genetic diseases. This is really just a word invented for the purposes of medicine, to lay the blame on the sick people and their ancestors. It is noteworthy that these allegedly genetic diseases which cannot be treated (because they are genetic, or determined by genes)... have been treated for years and doctors have been uncontrollably prescribing medicines against them.

In reality, genetic diseases (determined by genes) are developmental defects which do not constitute diseases, because those affected were not born healthy. They were just born that way.

When we think of a genetic disease in the strict sense, it is in fact a genetic predisposition to be affected by a rare disease, and that makes all the difference. It means that genes themselves do not cause diseases, they only make them more likely to occur. The conclusion is that predispositions as such are only predispositions, and a specific factor is needed to trigger these predispositions, or – figuratively speaking – cause a disease. The three main factors creating genetic predispositions to developing a disease are described in Chapter 5 (page 28).Chapter 2

Responsible parenthood

I often hear an argument that many children come into the world as a result of an accident, in an unplanned way and therefore the unfortunate parents do not have enough time to prepare their bodies to give the child a chance for a decent life, without genetic defects or predispositions to diseases. This argument is as logical as it is twisted. After all, health is needed for more than just procreation. We should all take care of our own health every day and there are various reasons for this – for our own comfort (because it’s good to be healthy), not to be a burden to others (because others have better things to do than take care of us), not to lose a job (because no employer needs a sick employee), not to spend money on doctors and drugs (because these are ridiculous expenses that are profitable only to doctors and pharmacists).

Certainly, there are many more reasons why we should take care of our health, but I would like to focus on one of them, namely the responsibility of future parents for genetic material that they pass on to their children and upon which their future depends. Their whole life – from birth to death. Who will they blame if it turns out that they are condemned to live a life of a person susceptible to diseases, who cannot keep a job due to poor health and is forced to constantly spend a lot of money on expensive drugs? In natural conditions such a person would inevitably die. While for the pharmaceutical and medical cartel one individual is of no importance, the whole group of such individuals is seen as a real gold mine. After all, what could possibly be better to increase profits than sick patients who have to purchase drugs and use medical services on a regular basis? That is why people involved in the medical field are trying to do everything to not only keep them alive, but also help them conceive. This can be referred to as eugenics of the 21st century, and the new human species as Homo patients.

This raises a very obvious question: – Who will your children blame for having to live with diseases and going from one doctor to another? As you no doubt have guessed, though you’d rather not know – they will blame their parents. And they will be absolutely right!

If you are reading this, then you are both lucky and unlucky at the same time. Lucky, because now you have access to a lot of knowledge that you can use to take care of your health in order to, among other things, provide your children with solid genetic material; on the other hand, you are unlucky because from now on you cannot use the most convenient excuse – I did not know. Now that you know, you can no longer play dumb. Your life of sweet unawareness is over. That, unfortunately, is the price for learning the truth which – let’s be honest – is not only inconvenient but even nasty, especially when it turns out to be iconoclastic.

1. What does it mean to take care of your health

Roughly speaking, people are divided into two groups – some do not take care of their health at all, while others take care of themselves according to official medical recommendations, or alternatively popular ideas that are promoted by the so-called alternative medicine. The truth is that both groups ruin their health, and there’s no way to really know which group does more harm to themselves.

The problem is that medicine, whatever it might be, always focuses on diseases, rather than on health. The difference lies in the applied drugs, some are of chemical origin, others are of natural origin, but still drugs are drugs – they all serve one purpose: treatment.

The second aspect that distinguishes official medicine from its alternative form are the methods used to take care of one’s health and essentially treat diseases – in case of official medicine these are medical procedures, and in case of alternative medicine these include some weird therapies – some of them are thousands of years old and originate from oriental countries, the other therapies are quite recent, but... hidden, and therefore surely effective.

A universal principle applies: all patients deserve their diseases! Thus, if someone wants to take care of health with the use of medical methods, then they must be sick! There’s no other way!

2. Health at your request

I am the only author in Poland, and possibly in the world, who writes about health. In my objective opinion, as all factors indicate, health is the best, and in fact the only cure for all human diseases. After all, health can not only prevent a disease but most of all eliminate a disease that has already infected our bodies. In light of these facts, focusing on diseases is beneficial only to physicians, alternative medicine practitioners and manufacturers of drugs, usually called supplements to divert the attention.

I have described the non-medical, and sometimes even anti-medical aspect of health in the book entitled “Health at your request” consisting of four volumes which, as you have probably guessed, are the foundation of all recommendations discussed in this book, both for parents and their offspring.

3. Solid genetic material

Solid genetic material can only be passed on by healthy parents. It is so obvious that any other comment would be out of place. The problem is that there is no solid definition of health, so everyone understands this concept the way they want to. The best proof can be seen in the definition created by the organization primarily engaged in the fight against diseases, called the World Health Organization, which reads as follows: “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. It can be assumed that this organization treats every disease as a loss of health, and therefore diseases that eliminate defective cells from the body should also be perceived as... a loss of health. This is a very eloquent proof of indoctrination aimed at shaping Homo patients, i.e. mindless buyers of drugs and medical services. In this situation it is necessary to find an alternative to the idea of perceiving health through the prism of treating diseases. Such an alternative can be found in “Health at your request”. The knowledge contained in that book tells you how to be healthy without any treatment whatsoever.
