30 Day Guide Healing Self - ebook

Eczema is more than just a skin condition—it’s a sign of imbalance in the body. Many people spend years using prescription creams, steroids, and medications that only provide temporary relief while the root cause of their eczema remains unaddressed. 30-Day Healing Self: Manifest Your Best Skin is a holistic guide designed to help you take control of your skin health by healing from within.

What You’ll Learn in This Book

Understanding Eczema and Its Root Causes

Eczema isn’t just about dry, itchy skin—it’s connected to gut health, immune function, and environmental triggers. This chapter will help you understand why eczema develops and how factors like food sensitivities, stress, and toxins contribute to flare-ups.

The Gut-Skin Connection

Scientific research has shown that gut health plays a major role in eczema. Learn how an imbalanced gut microbiome can lead to inflammation, and discover natural ways to restore digestive health, improve nutrient absorption, and support skin healing from the inside out.

Healing Through Nutrition

What you eat directly impacts your skin. Learn how to incorporate anti-inflammatory foods that promote healing, remove common dietary triggers, and create nourishing meals that help rebuild your skin barrier. A detailed meal plan and recipes are included.

Natural Remedies and Skincare Solutions

Many commercial skincare products contain harsh chemicals that can make eczema worse. This chapter introduces gentle, natural alternatives, including soothing herbal baths, DIY skincare recipes, and simple topical treatments that help calm irritation and reduce redness.

Managing Stress and Emotional Healing

Stress is a major trigger for eczema flare-ups. Learn how emotional well-being affects your skin and discover powerful techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork that can help you manage stress and promote skin healing.

The Mindset Shift for Lasting Healing

Healing eczema naturally requires more than just diet and skincare—it also involves a mindset shift. This chapter focuses on self-care, affirmations, and positive visualization techniques to help you stay motivated and trust in your body’s ability to heal.

A Holistic Approach to Eczema Relief

Unlike conventional treatments that focus only on surface-level symptoms, 30-Day Healing Self: Manifest Your Best Skin takes a whole-body approach to eczema healing. By addressing internal imbalances, reducing inflammation, and nourishing your body from the inside out, you can break free from the cycle of flare-ups and finally experience long-term relief.

millions globally, causing discomfort, frustration,

and confusion. In this chapter, we’ll explore the

most common form—Atopic Dermatitis (AD)—as

well as six other types, each with unique

symptoms and triggers.

Atopic dermatitis often sets the stage for

discussions about eczema due to its prevalence

and connection to other conditions like asthma

or allergies. However, other types such as

contact dermatitis, dyshidrotic eczema, and

seborrheic dermatitis present distinct challenges.

Recognizing their unique characteristics not only

helps in managing symptoms but also provides

clarity on how lifestyle, environment, and

internal health contribute to flare-ups.

Understanding each type will help you identify

your specific condition and manage it naturally

through holistic, earth-grown remedies that align

with the body’s natural healing processes, setting

you on the path to healthier, calmer skin. TYPES OF ECZEMA

There are seven different types of eczema, each with

its own unique characteristics:

ATOPIC DERMATITIS

The most common form of eczema, atopic dermatitis

often begins in childhood and is associated with a

family history of allergies, asthma, or hay fever. It is

characterized by dry, itchy, and inflamed skin,

typically appearing on the face, hands, feet, and inside

of the elbows and knees.

CONTACT DERMATITIS

This type occurs when the skin comes into direct

contact with an irritant or allergen, causing redness,

itching, and sometimes blisters.

THERE ARE TWO SUBTYPES

Irritant Contact Dermatitis: Triggered by exposure to harsh substances like soaps, detergents, or chemicals.

ALLERGIC CONTACT DERMATITIS

Caused by an allergic reaction to substances such as

nickel, fragrances, or certain plants.

DYSHIDROTIC ECZEMA

This type causes small, itchy blisters on the edges of

the fingers, toes, palms, and soles of the feet. It is

often triggered by stress, allergies, or exposure to

water.

TYPES OF ECZEMA

CONTINUED

NUMMULAR ECZEMA

Characterized by round, coin-shaped spots of irritated skin,

nummular eczema can result from dry skin, insect bites, or

a reaction to an irritant. These patches are often itchy and

may ooze.

SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS

Often found on oily areas of the body such as the scalp,

face, and chest, this type is characterized by red, scaly,

and greasy patches. It is associated with an overgrowth of

yeast and is commonly known as dandruff when it affects

the scalp.

STASIS DERMATITIS

This type develops in the lower legs due to poor

circulation, often associated with varicose veins. Symptoms

include redness, swelling, and itchy skin, which can become

crusty or develop ulcers in severe cases.

NEURODERMATITIS

Triggered by a localized itch-scratch cycle, this type results

in thickened, scaly patches of skin. It is often linked to

stress or anxiety and tends to occur on areas like the neck,

wrists, or ankles.CHAPTER 2: THE

POWER OF POSITIVE

THINKING

Living with eczema can feel like an uphill battle.

The constant itch, inflammation, and visible

flare-ups can affect more than just your skin—

they can take a toll on your confidence,

emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.

For many, the journey to healing often begins

with creams, medications, and diet changes.

While these external factors are essential, one

often overlooked yet incredibly powerful aspect

of healing is your mindset.

Positive thinking is a transformative tool that

not only supports your emotional resilience but

also has the potential to influence your body’s

natural healing processes. In this chapter, we’ll

explore how positive thinking can play a pivotal

role in manifesting eczema healing, why it’s

more than just wishful thinking, and how you

can incorporate practical strategies to harness

its power for your journey to healthier skin.

This chapter delves into how positive thinking

can be a transformative tool in managing and

healing eczema, reshaping not just your

approach to the condition but your entire

outlook on life.THE CONNECTION

BETWEEN MINDSET AND

HEALING

THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION IN HEALING

Healing eczema isn’t just about what you put on your skin

—it’s about the thoughts you cultivate and the beliefs you

hold about your ability to heal. The connection between

mindset and healing is profound, as the mind has a

significant impact on the body’s response to stress,

inflammation, and overall wellness.

STRESS AND ECZEMA BREAKING THE CYCLE

The mind and body are deeply interconnected. When it

comes to chronic conditions like eczema, stress and negative

emotions often exacerbate symptoms, creating a vicious

cycle of flare-ups and frustration. Research has shown that

stress activates the body’s fight-or-flight response, releasing hormones like cortisol that can weaken the skin barrier and

worsen inflammation. On the flip side, positive thinking can

help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create an

environment within the body that promotes healing.

SHIFTING FROM FRUSTRATION TO EMPOWERMENT

When you shift your focus from frustration to

empowerment, your body begins to respond. Positive thinking

helps reduce stress, regulate hormones, and boost your

immune system, all of which play a role in calming eczema.THE ROLE OF

VISUALIZATION

HOW VISUALIZATION SUPPORTS ECZEMA HEALING

Visualization is a powerful tool that can significantly aid

in manifesting eczema healing by engaging your mind’s

innate ability to influence your body. The process

involves mentally picturing yourself with healthy, radiant

skin and experiencing the confidence, comfort, and joy

that come with it. Visualization is not merely wishful

thinking; it’s a scientifically backed practice that helps

to rewire your brain, aligning your thoughts and actions

with your healing goals.

CREATING A HEALING VISUALIZATION PRACTICE

When you visualize, your brain activates the same neural

pathways as it would if you were physically experiencing

what you imagine. For eczema healing, this means

imagining the itch subsiding, inflammation fading, and

your skin barrier strengthening. Visualize yourself

confidently wearing clothing that once irritated your

skin, enjoying social events without worry, or waking up

to clear, hydrated skin.

THE LONG-TERM IMPACT OF VISUALIZATION

Consider pairing it with other practices, such as

meditation or journaling, to create a holistic approach to

healing. You can also use visual cues, like a vision board

featuring images of healthy skin or affirmations, to keep

your focus strong throughout the day.

PRACTICAL STEPS TO

CULTIVATE POSITIVE

THINKING

REFRAME NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

When you catch yourself thinking negatively about your

eczema, pause and reframe the thought. For instance, instead

of saying, “My skin will never get better,” reframe it to, “My skin is a work in progress, and I am taking steps to improve

it every day.” This subtle shift in language can make a big

difference in your mindset.

MEDITATION AND MINDFULNESS

Practicing mindfulness can help you stay present and manage

the emotional toll of eczema. Guided meditations focused on

healing and relaxation can calm your mind and body,

reducing stress and creating a sense of peace.

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVITY

Your environment plays a significant role in shaping your

mindset. Surround yourself with uplifting books, podcasts, and people who inspire and encourage you. Joining support groups

for eczema can also provide a sense of community and

shared understanding.

CELEBRATE SMALL WINS

Healing from eczema is a journey, and progress can

sometimes feel slow. Celebrate every small victory, whether

it’s a day without itching, finding a product that soothes your

skin, or feeling more confident in your own body.AFFIRMATIONS

POWER OF

MANIFESTATION

Manifestation is the art of consciously creating

your reality by aligning your thoughts, feelings,

and beliefs with the life you desire. It’s a

powerful tool that allows you to take control of

your circumstances, regardless of the challenges

you may face. When it comes to eczema

healing, manifestation empowers you to shift

your focus from the discomfort of flare-ups to

the certainty of clear, healthy skin. By believing

in your ability to heal, you activate the body’s

natural healing processes and create an

environment for transformation—both inside

and out.

The power of manifestation lies in its simplicity

and accessibility. It’s not reserved for those with

special skills or knowledge; it’s available to

anyone willing to focus their energy on what

they truly want. In this chapter, you’ll discover

how to use visualization, affirmations, and the

law of assumption to turn your desires into

reality. By mastering the art of manifestation,

you’ll unlock the potential to not only heal your

skin but also transform your mindset, elevate

your confidence, and create the life you’ve

always envisioned.

MANIFESTATION WHAT IS

IT?

WHAT IS MANIFESTATION?

Manifestation is aligning your subconscious mind with

your conscious desires. It’s about choosing thoughts

that work in your favor and creating a reality where

your goals, dreams, or needs are met. What you focus

on grows, which is why the alignment of your thoughts

is so important to your healing. By deliberately guiding

your mind, you become the operant power of your

reality—meaning you are in control, not your

circumstances.

Manifestation is about believing in the possibility of HERE’S WHAT I KNOW

your desires so deeply that your mind has no choice

but to accept it as truth. It’s a practice of faith and

alignment, where you take control of your thoughts

instead of letting them control you.

Your skin reflects what’s happening inside your body.

Negative thoughts and stress can trigger flare-ups, but

positive, focused thinking can foster healing. If you

constantly think or speak badly about your skin—for

instance, saying, “My skin is terrible” or “This rash will

never go away”—your body will follow suit, proving to

prove yourself right and those negative beliefs will

continue to manifest. Whether good or bad, your

thoughts and attached feels will shape your reality and

in the E-book you will learn how to align yourself for

your desired reality.

THE LAW OF ASSUMPTION

MANIFESTING ECZEMA

HEALING

THE LAW OF ASSUMPTION

The Law of Assumption states that whatever you

assume to be true must manifest in your reality. When

it comes to eczema healing, this universal law reminds

us that the way we think, feel, and believe about our

skin directly influences our body's ability to heal. The

law doesn’t discriminate between positive or negative

assumptions—it simply brings to life what you

continuously affirm as true.

HEALING MUST MANIFEST! IT IS LAW

The beauty of the Law of Assumption is its simplicity

and certainty: what you assume to be true must

manifest. When you declare, “I am healed of eczema,”

you’re not wishing for better skin in the future—you’re

embodying the truth of healing now. This shift is not about denial but about faith and alignment. You are

training your subconscious mind to accept the reality

of healthy skin, which, in turn, directs your body to

respond accordingly. Your subconscious mind, which

governs the body, accepts this truth and orchestrates

the healing process accordingly. According to the law,

you are the operant power of your reality. Healing

must happen simply because you have claimed it.THE POWER OF

MANIFESTATION IN

ECZEMA HEALING

WHY MANIFESTATION MATTERS FOR HEALING ECZEMA

Manifestation is a transformative practice that

combines the power of mindset, belief, and action to

create desired outcomes in life. When it comes to

healing eczema, this approach can play a pivotal role

in not only improving your physical symptoms but also

enhancing your emotional and mental well-being.

Healing eczema is not just about finding the right

products or treatments; it's about fostering an

environment—both inside and out—that supports your

skin's ability to thrive. Manifestation is the bridge

ALIGNING YOUR MIND AND BODY between intention and reality.

Healing eczema starts from within. Manifestation works

by aligning your subconscious mind with your conscious

desires, creating a state of harmony that allows your

body to focus on healing. Stress, doubt, and negative

thoughts often act as barriers to recovery, exacerbating

flare-ups and triggering inflammation. By deliberately

focusing on positive thoughts and outcomes, you can

shift your mindset to one that promotes calmness and

resilience. For example, regularly affirming "My skin is

healing and thriving" can help rewire your thoughts,

which in turn supports healthier skin.THE POWER OF

MANIFESTATION IN ECZEMA

HEALING CONTIUED

REDUCING STRESS AND INFLAMMATION

Eczema is heavily influenced by stress, both physical and

emotional. Manifestation involves practices like

visualization, gratitude, and mindfulness, which are

scientifically proven to reduce stress levels. When you

visualize yourself with clear, healthy skin and feel

gratitude for even small improvements, you signal to your

body that it’s safe to relax. This state of calm can lower

cortisol levels, reducing the inflammation that often

triggers eczema flare-ups.

TAKING EMPOWERED ACTION

Manifestation isn't just about thinking positively; it’s

about coupling those thoughts with inspired action. As you

visualize your eczema healing, you naturally become more

motivated to take steps that support your vision. This

might mean committing to a natural skincare routine,

staying hydrated with alkaline water, or eliminating foods

that trigger your eczema. When you act in alignment

with your manifestation, you become an active

participant in your healing process rather than a passive

observer. When you take empowered action, you’re

reinforcing the belief that your healing is possible and

within your control. Every small step, like choosing to

dedicate time to mindfulness practices, becomes a

powerful declaration of your commitment to your healing.

STOP WAITING, START

HAVING: MANIFEST CLEAR

SKIN NOW

BREAK FREE FROM THE WAITING MINDSET

Healing eczema begins with a mindset shift. When you

focus on waiting—waiting for the right product, the right

moment, or the perfect solution—you’re energetically

affirming lack. Waiting sends a signal that healing is

something distant, something you don’t yet possess. But

here’s the truth: the power to heal is already within you.

The moment you stop waiting and start assuming the state

of clear, healthy skin, you shift the universe to work in

your favor bringing it into your physical reality.

EMBODYING THE FEELING OF HEALING

You are not waiting to heal; you are already healed. This

shift in perspective allows you to move from scarcity to

abundance, unlocking the true potential of your mind and

body to align with the healing you desire. When you

embody the feeling of having clear skin now, you align

yourself with the law of assumption. This universal law

states that whatever you assume to be true must manifest

into physical reality.

TAKING INSPIRED ACTION TODAY

Your body will respond to this inner belief, reflecting it in

the physical realm. Remember, you merely cannot wait for

what you already have. Stop embracing the feeling of

waiting and step into the version of yourself that has

already healed.

THE POWER OF TAKING

TIME OUT TO MANIFEST

THE NOW

ALIGNING WITH THE PRESENT MOMENT

Manifestation is often seen as a practice of doing, but one

of its most profound aspects lies in simply being. Taking

time out from the constant hustle and grind allows you to

align with the present moment—the only space where

manifestation truly takes place. When we step back from

the noise of daily life, we create room for clarity and

reflection.

CONNECTING TO INNER MANIFESTATION POWER

In the stillness, you reconnect with your inner self, the

source of your manifestation power. This is where the law of

assumption comes into play: when you take a moment to

rest, reflect, and embody the feeling of your desire as

already fulfilled, you collapse the illusion of time. Instead of

chasing your goals, you energetically claim them as yours in

the present.

TRUSTING AND EMBODYING THE NOW

Taking time out is not about inaction; it’s about inspired

action that stems from a place of confidence and alignment.

When you step away to focus on the present moment, you

silence the doubts, fears, and resistance that often arise

from trying to control the future. NOW is your most

powerful tool—embrace it, and watch your desires unfold

effortlessly.HOW TO MANIFEST

HEALING

Manifestation involves intentional daily practices that align

your thoughts and actions with your goals. Here’s how to

get started:

GRATITUDE

Start each day by listing three things you’re grateful for.

Gratitude shifts your focus from what’s wrong to what’s

right, creating a foundation for positive change.

VISUALIZATION

Close your eyes and imagine your skin looking smooth,

clear, and radiant. Feel the joy and relief of having healthy

skin.

JOURNALING

Using your Eczema Management Workbook, write down

your goals and intentions. For example: “Today, I choose to

focus on my healing and celebrate the progress I’m

making.”

MEDITATION

Take 5-10 minutes daily to sit in silence, focusing on your

breath and envisioning your healing being already done.

LIVING IN THE END

Act and acknowledge that your healing is already complete.

If you can see it in your mind, you can claim it as yours

and watch it manifest before your very eyes.DAILY MINDSET PRACTICE

FOR ECZEMA HEALING

Dedicate 5-10 minutes daily to focus on gratitude

and visualize your healed skin. Here are three

popular manifestation techniques you can

incorporate into your routine:

SCRIPTING:

Write a journal entry in Your Eczema management

workbook as if you’ve already achieved clear skin.

For example: “I woke up today and looked in the

mirror. My skin is glowing and smooth. I feel so

confident and grateful.”

VISION BOARDS:

Create a collage of images, words, and affirmations

that represent your goal of healthy skin. Place it

where you can see it daily as a visual reminder of

your intentions.

AFFIRMATION REPETITION:

Stand in front of a mirror and repeat affirmations

aloud, focusing on the feeling you have as it being

true. Pair this with gentle smiling to reduce stress

and create positive emotional reinforcement.

By incorporating these practices consistently, you’ll

align your thoughts and emotions with your healing

goals, creating a powerful synergy between your

mind and body.

THE POWER OF "I AM"

THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF "I AM"

STATEMENTS

The phrase "I am" is one of the most powerful tools in

manifestation. When you say "I am," you’re declaring

a fact about yourself—a statement of being. For

example, saying “I am healed of eczema” is not about

hoping or wishing. It’s about deciding and embodying

the truth of that statement.

ELIMINATING DOUBT WITH AFFIRMATIONS

When you affirm, “I am healed,” you’re commanding

your body to align with that reality. Even if you don’t

see the results immediately, you believe and act as

though it’s already true. With repetition, you begin to

saturate your subconscious mind forming this new belief. Your body and your reality must follow the

direction you’ve set with your thoughts.

ALIGNING BELIEF WITH REALITY THROUGH "I AM"

The phrase "I AM" is one of the most potent tools in

manifestation. Biblically, God uses "I AM" as His name

in Exodus 3:14: "I AM that I AM." This profound

statement signifies the power of existence and

creation. When you declare "I AM," you are affirming

a truth about yourself.

Nature’s pharmacy offers a wealth of

solutions for those suffering from eczema, and among its treasures are the leaves of

certain plants renowned for their healing

properties. These leaves, rich in antioxidants,

When you have eczema, showering is more than

just a daily hygiene practice—it’s a crucial step

in managing and healing the skin. The right

shower routine can soothe irritation, lock in

moisture, and protect the skin barrier, while the

wrong approach may lead to dryness, flare-ups,

and discomfort. Understanding how to optimize

this essential part of your day can make a

world of difference in maintaining healthy,

balanced skin.

This chapter explores the ideal shower routine

for eczema-prone skin, focusing on gentle

techniques and eczema-friendly products to

enhance hydration and reduce irritation. From

choosing the right water temperature to

applying moisturizers post-shower, each step is

designed to nurture and protect sensitive skin. Whether you’re managing eczema for yourself

or a loved one, this guide will help you create a

soothing, skin-friendly routine that supports

long-term healing and comfort.

PRE-SHOWER PREP

Apply a thin layer of hexane-free castor oil to eczema-

prone areas. Focus on dry patches, inflamed spots, or areas

prone to itching.

Let the oil sit for 10 minutes before stepping into the

shower. This helps protect the skin barrier and provides

additional hydration.

SHOWER ROUTINE

Set the water temperature to lukewarm. Avoid hot water,

as it can strip the skin of natural oils and worsen eczema. Use a fragrance-free, hypoallergenic cleanser, such as one containing colloidal oatmeal or ceramides. Gently massage

it onto your skin with your hands or a soft washcloth,

avoiding rough scrubbing.

POST-SHOWER CARE

Pat your skin dry using a soft cotton towel. Do not rub or

drag the towel over the skin.

While the skin is still damp, apply a generous amount of

raw unscented cocoa butter.

30 DAY SHOWER

ROUTINE CONTIUED

WEEK 2

STRENGTHENING THE BARRIER

Goal: Focus on reinforcing the skin’s natural barrier and

reducing sensitivity.

PRE-SHOWER PREP

Mix equal parts hexane-free castor oil and jojoba oil (or

another lightweight oil like sweet almond oil)

Massage the mixture onto dry or irritated areas for 5–10

minutes. The oils work together to soften and nourish the

skin, preparing it for cleansing.

SHOWER ROUTINE

Limit your shower time to 5–10 minutes.

Alternate between your fragrance-free cleanser and a

gentle oatmeal-based cleanser to provide extra soothing

and variation.

Avoid washing with anything rough like loofahs or

exfoliating gloves.

POST-SHOWER CARE

Pat dry your skin gently but leave a bit of moisture on the

surface.

Apply cocoa butter generously to your entire body.

Massage until fully absorbed.

ROUTINE CONTINUED

EXFOLIATION AND HYDRATION WEEK 3

Goal: Introduce light exfoliation to remove dead skin while

maintaining hydration.

PRE-SHOWER PREP

Create a DIY exfoliating blend: Mix 1 tablespoon of fine

sugar with 1 tablespoon of hexane-free castor oil. This

gentle scrub will help slough off dead skin without

irritation.

SHOWER ROUTINE

Use lukewarm water and keep your shower short.

Continue alternating between your fragrance-free and

oatmeal-based cleansers. If your skin feels more sensitive,

skip exfoliation for the week and focus solely on gentle

cleansing.

Ensure all cleansing products are thoroughly rinsed off.

POST-SHOWER CARE

Gently pat your skin dry and apply cocoa butter

immediately.

Seal in moisture by layering a light application of castor

oil over areas prone to dryness. Massage in circular

motions to boost absorption.

If you’ve exfoliated, apply a calming aloe vera gel before

cocoa butter to soothe any potential irritation.

For those with eczema-prone skin, showering is

more than just a daily necessity—it’s an

opportunity to protect and heal the skin.

However, improper shower habits can strip

away natural oils, disrupt the skin barrier, and

exacerbate flare-ups. The ideal shower routine

is designed to balance cleanliness with

hydration, providing relief while reducing the

risk of irritation. By making thoughtful choices,

every shower can become a restorative step

toward healthier skin.

In this chapter, we’ll explore the essential

elements of a skin-friendly shower routine,

including optimal water temperature, gentle

cleansers, and the best post-shower practices

for locking in moisture. You’ll learn how to

tailor your routine to support your skin’s unique

needs, ensuring that each step soothes and

nourishes. With the right approach, your daily

shower can become a powerful tool in managing

eczema and promoting long-term skin health.
