What should you do to feel comfortable in your own skin? Where do the causes of excessively low or excessively high self-esteem lie? How can self-esteem be stabilized at an optimal level? Is it possible to prevent it from weakening under the influence of negative situations? How can you neutralize the influence of toxic advisers?

Lecture 5. How to Discover Higher Values?

Where do higher values come from? In what way do values exist? Do you have an influence on which values become part of your personal value system? Can you arrange them according to their importance? How can you recognize the supreme value that gives meaning to your life?
