✦ 4 ✦CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION TO
channelling - what it is and
how it works
Channelling is the practice of receiving and
transmitting information, energy, or guidance
from higher sources of consciousness, spiritual
guides, angels, universe energy, or one's own
inner wisdom. It involves learning to distinguish
between subtle signals—thoughts, images,
emotions, and physical sensations—that emerge
from a level of energy that goes beyond the daily
experience of the mind. Thanks to this,
channelling allows you to distinguish the real
message from ordinary thoughts, see the peace
and clarity in energy messages, and consciously
receive information flowing from higher
consciousness. The basis is to understand that
man has natural energy channels—meridians,
chakras, and a subtle energy field—through which
energy flows. Information can come in the form of
images in the imagination, words that appear in
the mind, sensations in the body, emotional
impulses, or intuitive impressions. A true message
✦ 5 ✦is usually characterised by calmness, clarity, and a
sense of inner truth, while ordinary thoughts are
more often characterised by emotions, tension,
and attachments. The student recognises these
differences by learning to consciously observe his
own state and gradually sensitise his perception,
which allows him to open himself to the reception
of subtle information and energy in a stable and
safe way. Channelling is based on universal energy
—an omnipresent, subtle force that permeates all
that exists. It does not need to be produced
because it is available to anyone who can open the
right channel and maintain the right state of
consciousness. The practice involves observing,
feeling, and channelling the energy to create a
connection between yourself and the source of
communication. The energy is sometimes felt in
the body as gentle vibrations, heat, tingling, or
pulsation. Understanding that channelling
engages both mind and body allows you to build a
solid foundation for further work. Each body has
subtle energy points - chakras and energy nodes -
through which energy impulses pass, and the
practice consists in opening and harmonising
these channels and sensing awareness to energy
✦ 6 ✦signals. The student learns to recognise active and
stable channels, as well as to harmonise those that
require support, because this is the foundation for
effective work with energy messages. The first
practical exercise involves observing the breath
and feeling the energy in the body. The student
sits in a comfortable position with his spine
straight and relaxed shoulders, closes his eyes,
takes a calm, deep breath in and out, and then
focusses on the flow of energy. They can place
their palms freely on their knees or raise them to
the height of the heart, five to ten centimetres
apart, to feel the subtle flow of energy between
them. Gently moving his hands back and forth, he
begins to sense resistance, elasticity, or pulsation
of energy. The exercise teaches how to harmonise
breathing with energy, to sensitize consciousness,
and to observe the first signals that appear in the
field of perception. The student learns the
interpretation of the basic sensations - tingling,
warmth, pulsation, or light pressure in the hands
and body - which are natural signs of energy
activation and the body's reaction to subtle flow.
No tools or advanced techniques are needed: all
you need is mindfulness and readiness to receive.
✦ 7 ✦Recognising these signals prepares for further
exercises that develop the ability to receive subtle
messages, images, and information from
channelling. At this stage, the student also learns
the basics of protecting his own energy field to
avoid contact with burdensome or unpleasant
energy. Focusing on the breath and the body
creates a natural protective barrier, establishes
peace, and presence. Channelling is not a secret
skill reserved for the chosen ones – it is a practice
available to anyone who works consistently,
attentively, and with responsibility. This chapter
presents the basic knowledge of the energy of the
universe, energy channels, and the sensation of
the flow of energy in the body. It teaches to
distinguish between intuition and thought and
introduces the first exercise based on observing
the breath and sensing consciousness. This makes
the student ready to develop perceptions, receive
messages from a higher source, harmonise their
own energy, work with symbols, meditation, and
rituals, and consciously work energetically in
contact with others. The exercise lays the
foundation for the entire further learning path, in
which subsequent practises will develop the skills
✦ 8 ✦of concentration, stabilisation, interpretation of
subtle signals, and work with energy. This
introduction combines theory with practice,
teaches conscious contact with energy,
observation of subtle signals, synchronisation of
breath with flow, grounding in the body, and
preparation for the next stages of channeling,
developing perception, intuition, and the ability to
consciously receive step by step, on the solid and
consistent basis of the entire channeling course.
✦ 9 ✦CHAPTER 2: ENERGY AND
vibrations - how to feel it in
the body
Energy and vibrations are the foundation of any
channelling practice because everything we
receive reaches us as a subtle impulse passing
through the body and consciousness. In this
chapter, the student learns the difference between
the actual feeling of energy and the usual
thoughts, emotions, and physical reactions that
they can effectively confuse at the beginning of
learning. The first step is to understand that
energy is not something visible or tangible in the
traditional sense but is revealed through specific
somatic signals: temperature change, muscle
tension, gentle tingling, pulsation, as well as the
feeling of heaviness or lightness in the hands,
arms, feet, along the spine, and throughout the
body. The student begins with a simple exercise:
he sits or stands in a comfortable, upright
position, closes his eyes, relaxes his body, and
✦ 10 ✦raises his hands to the height of the heart, keeping
a distance of about five to ten centimetres between
them. Then he gently moves his hands back and
forth, up and down, as if exploring an invisible
space filled with energy. Each movement of the
hand allows you to feel resistance, resilience, or
subtle vibrations, which are sometimes the first
signal of energy activation. Initially, these
sensations are usually very gentle: slight warmth
in the hands, tingling in the fingertips, subtle
pulse or tension in the forearms and arms. It is
crucial not to try to "produce" these sensations by
willpower but to observe them calmly, allowing
the energy to flow and recording the natural
reactions of the body. The next step is to shift
attention from the hand to the whole body,
especially to areas such as the chest, abdomen,
neck, feet, and the space along the spine, where
the flow of energy can be particularly pronounced.
The student slowly moves his hands over the body
without touching it and learns to interpret the first
signals: the feeling of warmth, lightness, or
tension can indicate a place where energy is active
or where the flow needs to be calmed and
harmonised. At this stage, it is extremely
✦ 11 ✦important to synchronise breathing with the
movement of the hand. As we inhale, we imagine
that the energy enters through the top of the head
and flows into the abdomen, stopping at the hara
point, which is the centre of life's energy located
two fingers below the navel. As we exhale, we
imagine that the energy flows from the abdomen
through the shoulders to the hands and gently
dissipates in the space between them. Repeating
this cycle for a few minutes allows you to grasp the
natural rhythm of energy flow, increases
mindfulness, and deepens the body's awareness as
a coherent energetic whole. The student then
proceeds to the exercise in a standing position, in
which he moves his hands over the whole body
from the feet to the head and back, keeping a
distance of five to ten centimetres. During this
practice, he observes changes in sensations: where
the body becomes warmer, where there is tension,
tingling, or pulsation. Each reaction is
information about where the energy is working
more vigourously, where the flow is fluid, and
where it can be muffled and needs to be balanced.
The student also learns to distinguish the quality
of signals in different parts of the body, noticing
✦ 12 ✦that the vibrations in the hands differ from the
pulsation in the feet or from the heat in the chest,
and regular practice reveals that each part of the
body responds individually, creating an integrated
energy system. In this part of the science, it is also
important to distinguish between energy
impressions and emotions and thoughts. The
student learns to notice that energy usually
appears calmly and smoothly, while thoughts and
emotions can enter violently, interrupt
perception, and impose interpretation. The
exercise gradually silences the mind and teaches
to remain in a state of pure observation, which is
the basis for the reception of authentic messages
in channelling. The next step is a practice with a
partner or mirror exercise, in which two people
place their hands opposite each other at a distance
of five to ten centimetres and try to feel the flow of
energy between their bodies. This practice
develops sensitivity, teaches to distinguish one's
own feelings from signals coming from the other
person, and deepens the awareness of the energy
space, which becomes necessary in later work with
messages from higher sources. The student also
learns the concept of energy resonance: when the
✦ 13 ✦energies of different people come into contact,
they can vibrate in harmony or create tension and
congestion. Its task is to observe these reactions
without compulsion and without force
interference, only to read and understand the
dynamics of the flow. The chapter also introduces
the first simple techniques of purification and
harmonisation of energy: the student makes light,
smooth movements with his hands around the
body to dispel the frozen tensions, to recognise
the difference between the "open" and muffled
areas, and then focus on feeling the free flow of
energy and observing subtle changes in the body
and in the breath. At the end of the chapter, the
student does a short independent session: he sits
in a comfortable position, closes his eyes, focusses
on breathing, raises his hands, and observes the
entire spectrum of sensations in the body from toe
to toe, maintaining calm, even breathing, and
stable attention, allowing energy to flow without
pressure and without expectations. This prepares
him for further exercises and further developing
the ability of channelling, harmonising energy,
and deepening the perception of subtle vibrations.
In this way, the chapter builds a solid foundation:
✦ 14 ✦CHAPTER 3: PREPARING SPACE
and Body for Practice
Preparing space and body for practice is the
foundation of every channelling session, because
the effectiveness of reading energy and messages
depends not only on perceptive sensitivity, but
also on the quality of the environment and the
state of one's own nervous and energy systems.
The student learns the importance of physical and
mental space: physical involves the cleanliness of
the room, the organisation of furniture, and the
removal of objects that distract attention or cause
chaos, while mental space includes attitude,
concentration, and the ability to remain present in
the current moment. The first step is to
consciously enter the room, close the door, and
eliminate sources of stimuli such as phones,
notifications, or random sounds that could break
up the focus. The student then learns the simple
purification of space on an energetic level, for
example, by visualising the luminous energy that
✦ 16 ✦fills the room from the ceiling to the floor,
dissolves the tensions, organises the atmosphere,
and creates a safe field for practice. Another
element is the foundation of the body: the
practitioner sits or stands with his spine straight,
his feet firmly resting on the ground, and
imagines that the energy flows through the body
and then flows down through his feet to the
ground, anchoring him in stability and restoring a
sense of peace. The student performs a short,
gentle stretch, paying particular attention to the
neck, shoulders, spine, hips, and legs, because the
relaxation of these areas facilitates the flow of
energy and reduces the tension that can distort
perception. An important stage of preparation is
breathing meditation: a few minutes of calm,
conscious inhalation and exhalation, during which
the student directs his attention inward, observes
the body, breathing, and impressions without
judgement, allowing them only to exist and
naturally calm down. During this time, the
practitioner can visualise the protective light
surrounding the body, which strengthens the
sense of security, reduces the impact of external
stimuli, and makes it easier to maintain focus in
✦ 17 ✦the further part of the practice. The student also
learns the meaning of silence, understanding that
every thought, anxiety, random sound, or strong
emotion can change the quality of the reception of
subtle vibrations, so the preparation includes
silencing not only the environment but also the
inner dialogue. The technique of scanning the
body can be helpful, i.e. moving attention from
the feet to the top of the head and noticing places
of tension, stiffness, vibrations, or tingling, which
can indicate both energy stagnation and the
body's reaction to daily loads. The student
practises receiving these signals without
interference, treating them as information that
allows you to consciously prepare the body to
work with channelling. Psychological preparation
is also an important element: the practitioner
develops an attitude of openness and trust, while
consciously reducing anxiety, excessive
expectations, and compulsion to achieve a specific
result, because they are the ones that most often
interfere with the flow and lead to distortions in
perception. The student learns simple
affirmations that stabilise the intention and bring
consciousness into a state of harmony, for
✦ 18 ✦example: "I am present, open, and ready to
receive the message", "I allow energy to flow freely
through my body", "I create a clean and safe field
for practice". The next step is to prepare the
hands, which in channelling act as a sensitive tool
of perception: the student gently rubs his hands
against himself to warm them and increase
sensitivity to subtle vibrations, and then lifts them
at a distance of five to ten centimetres above the
body, observing the body's reactions and the first
sensations in the hands. As part of the chapter, an
exercise with the energy space of the room is also
introduced: the student slowly moves his hands
around himself, in different directions, and learns
to notice temperature changes, gentle air flow,
subtle tension or pulsation, which can indicate
places with stronger energy activity. Such
preparation not only increases perceptive
sensitivity, but also teaches conscious shaping of
the field in which the channelling session takes
place, because the body, space, and mind form
one integrated system. At the end of the chapter,
the student does a short observational experience:
he sits or stands still, closes his eyes, breathes
calmly, and focusses attention on the sensations
✦ 19 ✦in his hands, arms, and throughout the body,
noticing the heat, pulse, tension, or vibrations
without trying to force them. This simple exercise
gradually senses consciousness and prepares for
the next stages, in which the skills of channeling,
energy harmonisation, recognition of messages
from higher sources, and conscious management
of the flow of energy will be developed. The
practises described in this chapter teach patience,
concentration, and presence, and the regularity of
their performance provides a solid basis for
building more advanced competencies, thanks to
which the student develops both energy sensitivity
and the ability to consciously receive and work
with subtle vibrations in the body and in space,
which becomes the basis of all subsequent
techniques, practises, and meditation presented in
the following chapters.
✦ 20 ✦CHAPTER 4: THE FIRST
exercises of feeling the
energy in the hands
The first exercises of feeling energy in the hands
introduce the student to the world of subtle
vibrations and energy flow, on which the
channelling practice is based. It begins with a
simple preparation: the student rubs his hands
against himself to warm them up and increase the
sensitivity to delicate changes in the energy field.
Then he lifts his hands in the air, keeping them at
a distance of five to fifteen centimetres from his
body, with his shoulders relaxed, his spine
straight and calm, even breathing. The
movements are performed slowly and consciously:
the hands move forward and backward, up and
down and down the arch, as if exploring the
invisible structure of space. During this time, the
student observes all sensations - heat waves,
tingling, pulsation, slight tension or subtle
resistance - and learns to recognise that they are
✦ 21 ✦not a product of imagination, but a response of
the perceptual system to working with energy. The
most important principle is to record feelings
without judgement and without pressure for a
"spectacular" effect: the goal is to gradually
sensitise perception, not to prove anything. The
hands remain relaxed, the fingers slightly parted,
and the movement is smooth and soft, so that the
body does not enter the tension that blocks the
reception. As you practice, the sensations become
clearer and easier to distinguish, and the student
begins to notice that the energy field over different
parts of the body has a different quality:
somewhere else you feel warmth, somewhere else
you feel a pulse or delicate elasticity. Therefore,
part of the exercise is to consciously change the
distance of the hand from the body to feel the
differences in intensity, as well as testing the hand
settings - parallel, opposite each other and in
other configurations - which allows you to observe
how the reception changes depending on the
direction and geometry of the movement. At the
same time, the student learns the importance of
stability, patience, and regularity, because in the
first days, the signals can be very subtle and
✦ 22 ✦require the nervous system to get used to a new
type of information. The synchronisation of hand
movements with the breath plays a key role:
inhalation naturally "collects" attention to the
inside and promotes the accumulation of energy
in the body, while exhalation allows it to flow out
and reveal itself in the hands, introducing rhythm,
stabilising concentration, and calming the mind.
The student also observes whether the sensations
in the hands spread throughout the body, because
it helps to understand that energy is not a local
phenomenon, but a flow covering the whole body,
and differences in sensations can indicate where
the flow is overloaded or attenuated. As part of the
exercises, simple visualisations are also
introduced that organise attention: the student
