In 1945, it was based on Bang Shin-young's "Chosun Cooking Law" in Wichita, Kansas, USA.
It was a 96-page book that was intended to publicize Korean food to the public in the United States. It was sold at that time, and it was used as a textbook for the curriculum of old Korean women.
